01 Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through First Aid Ninja at firstaidninja.com. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will handle all refund requests fairly and promptly.
02 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and the email address used at purchase.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your paid tier until that date. We do not offer partial-month refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by law.
03 Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription due to an administrative error on our part.
- You experienced a significant technical issue that prevented access to the Service and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
- You were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge).
Refunds are not available simply because you no longer wish to use the Service, forgot to cancel before the next billing date, or did not make use of features available in your tier.
04 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with:
- Your name and the email address used at purchase.
- Your order or transaction reference number.
- The reason for your refund request.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
05 Refund Method
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider but are typically 5–10 business days.
06 Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our handling of your refund request, you may contact your bank or payment provider to raise a dispute. We will cooperate fully with any legitimate chargeback or dispute process.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
